Preferences
This page allows you to configure the widgets which you wish to view in the Team View home screen. You can set privacy settings like birthday and work anniversary for self, manager or team to view.

This page consists of two tabs:
4 Me
4 My Team
Tab: Me
Select the widget which you wish to view in the self service home screen. By default, all the widgets that are enabled for a particular Employment Unit are kept selected.
Enter the following details in the “Privacy Settings” group box.
Birthday |
Select an option from the drop-down list box. The following options are available 4 Private – Birthday is visible only to self 4 Manager – Birthday is visible to self and manager only 4 Team – Birthday is visible to self and team including Manager 4 All – Birthday is visible to everyone in the organization

Work Anniversary |
Select an option from the drop-down list box. The following options are available 4 Private – Work anniversary is visible only to self 4 Manager – Work anniversary is visible to self and manager only 4 Team –Work anniversary is visible to self and team including Manager 4 All –Work anniversary is visible to everyone in the organization

Click “Save” button to save the preference details.
Tab: My Team
Select the widget which you wish to view in the “Team View” screen. By default, all the widgets that are enabled for a particular Employment Unit are kept selected.
Click “Save” button to save the team preference details.
